This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel like VIPs. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were waiting at the front door and took care of everything, from carrying our luggage to opening doors for us. The level of service was exceptional, with experienced staff members answering our questions and solving any problems we had. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the beautiful Japanese garden that our room overlooked. It was a magical experience to open the sliding doors and be greeted by such a serene view. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the train station and just a short walk from the town center.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The traditional ryokan experience during my Christmas stay was exceptional. The beautiful views from the bedroom of the Japanese garden and the cozy, clean rooms were unforgettable. The high quality of client service by the very professional and friendly team made me feel truly welcome. The onsen was a highlight, with the indoor and outdoor baths available almost all day. The traditional meals were delicious, and I would strongly recommend opting for the dinner and breakfast plan. Additionally, the town was a great place to chill and rest, and the beaches were just a short train ride away.
The location was slightly out of the way, requiring at least a 15-minute walk to the train station or a shuttle bus. For those not staying for long enough or with limited mobility, this may be an issue. The public outdoor onsen was quite small compared to other public bathhouses in the area. However, these minor drawbacks were outweighed by the positives of the overall experience.
